My name is Nathan and I am the owner/operator of www.sovietpropaganda.net. I recently got out of the army after 6 years of active duty as an infantry officer. I am an avid firearms enthusiast, and a fan of old Soviet propaganda posters. This picture was taken out on patrol in Baghdad, 2005. We had a bunch of Beanie Babies that we were giving out to the kids.
Here I am at Abu Graib, 2005. I was there for two weeks and literally lived in an old jail cell. My platoon was guarding the power plant across from the prison during that time.
